Puff The Magic Dragon:The Bay Area has been home to many things including being a driving force of social change. Many of the theme songs those hundreds of thousands marched to were by Peter, Paul and Mary. Now that Mary Travers of the trio has passed away it made me think of their song, “Puff the Magic Dragon” and all of the connotations that song has. But what if the dragon was a drink? Absinthe, the once banned substance makes a perfect fit for the Puff Drink because it’s mystical, green nature of the drink.
