UPDATE, 6:34: Henry has died, according to Gerry Fraley of the Dallas Morning News.
UPDATE: Henry is in serious condition at a Charlotte-area hospital. He fell "out of the back of a pickup truck during a domestic dispute," according to the Charlotte Observer.
