Dear Greg: After two years of perfect signal strength inside my home, Sprint has now made it so that we have no signal whatsoever on our cell phones. We cannot make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls, and we have no 911 service. Sprint is advising us to install a device called Airwave using our router and Bright House broadband Internet connection, and wants to charge us for the device plus a monthly fee. Bright House tells us that Airwave, and using our three cell phones over the broadband connection, will reduce our Internet speed. Sprint told us the Internet speed will not be compromised, and the problem is with our phones. How odd that all three phones lost their signals on the exact same day. We are dumping Sprint.
