Ricky Martin Boyfriend, Ricky Martin has come out of the closet. Finally! I’ve known he was gay ever since he gasped when he met Madonna live at the Grammys back in 1999. I knew he was gay when he tried to come halfway out of the closet by sort-of admitting he was bisexual. Don’t lie, he beeped on everybody’s gaydar. Anyway, Ricky chose not to come out on the cover of The Advocate or in one of the respected gay publications. Ricky didn’t even go the People Magazine route (aka, “pulling a Lance Bass”). Instead, he decided to come out on his website, and he wrote a long explanation for this whole thing too. Drama queen! No, I get it. He wants to explain:
