An attorney for Hogan told E! Online that the wrestler was taking legal action to make sure no one profited off the tape, which he said was secretly recorded without his authorization.
Meanwhile, on the same day the Hogan clip appeared, his ex-wife Linda Hogan was arrested around 1 a.m. in Los Angeles for suspicion of driving under the influence, E! Online reports.
A rep said Linda Hogan had a blood-alcohol level of 0.084 (just above California's 0.08 legal limit), but police would not confirm this.
Linda Hogan was returning home after attending a jewelry function in L.A., her rep said, where she drank a glass of champagne on an empty stomach. Linda was released on $5,000 bail several hours after being booked.
