Nick Folk , Following Saturday night’s shocking win over the previously undefeated New Orleans Saints, Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware offered kind words to Nick Folk who could have cost Dallas the game.
“You didn’t lose this game,” Ware told the NFL Network he plans to tell Folk on the plane ride home. “We stepped up on offense, we stepped on other special teams, we made up for the miss that you had. But next week you really need to focus and get the job done. Nick Folk is going to do that.”

His words are indeed kind, but his optimism might not save Folk’s job.
There is a strong chance that Folk will be dismissed by the Cowboys this week after missing a 24-yard field goal that would have iced the game for Dallas late in the fourth quarter.
Luckily for him, Dallas held on to win.
Folk was able to connect on a 44-yard field goal earlier in the night.
