In the edition, which goes on sale nationwide on Jan 12 Tiger posses shirtless, holding dumbbells. A famed celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz took this photo during a photo shoot and it was taken before his November 27 car crash. Leibovitz said about it:

“Tiger is an intensely competitive athlete – and quite serious about his sport. I wanted to reveal that in these photos. And to show his incredible focus and dedication.”

The car crash, which happened in November 2007 eventually, totaled his reputation and he has not been seen since the accident took place. He even did not talk to the Vanity Fair and didn’t give any interview after that incident. The article is an analysis of the scandal.
