Kolkata Knight Riders beat Chennai Super King by five wickets in the thrilling final of the fifth IPL edition to lift their first IPL trophy at MA Chidambharam Stadium, Chennai on Sunday.Kolkata win IPL Title for first time

KKR chased the total of 191 runs for the loss of five wickets with two ball remaining.

Manvinder Bisla and veteran Jecques Kallis provided a solid stand to KKR after loss of Skipper Gautam Ghambir wicket in the very first over of the inning.

Bisla made 89 off 48 while Kallis scored 69 off 49 ball.
