Kylie Minogue has celebrated her 25th year in pop music - and her birthday - with an Outstanding Contribution gong.
The Aussie star, who turned 44 on Monday, was presented with the title by Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards.

Kylie, who wore a shimmering gold, floor-length Stella McCartney gown, said of her award: "I don't know how I ended up here when I started out in dungarees (in Neighbours) pretending I could fix a car.
"I nearly blew up my first car as I didn't realise it had water and oil and all that stuff."
She added that she "hoped to become a better woman. Like my grandma. She's really my icon. I'd like to dedicate this to my grandma and mother".
Domino singer Jessie J was crowned best Solo Artist at the glittering event, with Will.i.am attending to hand his fellow Voice star her award.
Jessie J said of her win: "I'm loving that last year I was a girl and this year I'm a woman. I've got my bum out more."
