Roto Rooter, Roto-Rooter President and COO Rick Arquilla was featured where he learnt that how difficult work it was to put a hose in a pipe. Chris, a fellow employee, helped him fixing the problem. Chris is a very hardworking and kind person. He not even fulfills his duty honestly but he also helps others. Rick Arquilla went undercover in his own company as ‘Hank’ and hid his identity from the other employees of his own company. During show, Chris told him that he was struggling with the alcohol. The story of Chris reminded him his father who was also a drunker.
