Crazy Coupon Lady, I became “Crazy Coupon Lady“, I was “No Coupon Lady”. I was able to keep to a tight budget and still feed my family very well. I still utilize these techniques today, actually, but I use coupons as well because its so fun!
I take a 3-way approach; I create a meal plan based on what’s on sale that week, buy store brands, and use recipes that are inexpensive to make.
One of my favorite money saving recipes is my Chicken & Dumplings. I like to buy 2 roasting chickens when they are on sale and cook them both at the same time, eating one for dinner that night and using the other a few nights later to make the Chicken & Dumplings. It is very economical and delicious, it is one of my family’s favorites!Crazy Coupon Lady
